I'm partly Scottish and English, so I'm personally used to eat turkey. Usually I eat it during days between Christmas and New Year. After I moved west, I havent been able to find a real Christmas pudding, but this year I found one ;-) I love rounding off the turkey with a really heavy sweet pudding.

I have never eaten partridge, but there one was in this great grocery and meat place in Chinatown here in NY - and I couldn't resist it. I'm still spending my birthday money - so it seemed right to splurge a bit to feed a couple of my close friends who threw me that birthday dinner and also fed me at Thanksgiving. I still have a pound of wild rice I got last year. and baby broccoli will be the chief green -- also salad with my home made pomegranate dressing ann > >In Switzerland a lot of people eat "Fondue chinoise" nowadays. >You have a pot with bouillon and put pieces of filet beef on wood sticks and >boil them right at the table. >You eat it with lots of different sauces, the most famous one is called >"bernaise" and potato chips. > >greetings >Markus > > > > > >-----Original Message----- >From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of >Paul Stenquist >Sent: Saturday, December 23, 2006 2:45 AM >To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List >Subject: Re: What are you cooking? > > >Yum!
