Above that I start losing shadow detail, and I don't like the way the
grain looks.
This is a personal choice. There are folks, (Aaron comes to mind) that
regularly shoot it faster. I just find it doesn't work for me, and I
tend to use TMAX 3200 when I want a fast film.
OTOH, all the shops in my area were out of TMAX 3200 last week,
seemingly due to shipping problems, so I had to shoot a wedding on
Neopan 1600 on Saturday.
