Tom, The PZ-1p manual states that the RTF flash range is from ISO 25 up to 800 (page 125). On the other hand, the AF500FTZ declares a maximum ISO speed of 1600 (page 31). I believe that if I set the film speed at the body to 3200 and dial -2 stops at the flash compensation for the RTF flash or -1 stop for the AF500FTZ, as David suggested, I should get properly exposed photos.
