Buyer ratings are irrelevant once you have the money in hand.

UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes, but USPS will. Be sure  
you have documentation that proves you sent the item in a timely  
manner to wherever the buyer stipulates as being the correct address,  
through the agreed upon shipping method that was paid for.

If the address is ambiguous,  send an email requesting clarification  
of the correct shipping address prior to shipping.
