PNSTENQUIST is clueless. Paypal can and will take the money back at any time if the seller isnt very careful and abides by all paypal rules to the letter because of paypal buyer's claims and paypal buyer protection issues. Some sleazeball buyers use paypal's rules to defraud sellers. Most common one is asking seller to ship to a name/address other than the one registered ( as a favor ) and then claiming later it was shipped to wrong address and getting a full refund FROM THE SELLERS PAYPAL ACCOUNT because it wasn't shipped properly. Buyer keeps the item for free and the seller loses both his payment for the item and the item. jco
