The point here is that devices like the iPhone, Treo etc are not just
cell phones - they are handheld computers with many other functions. It
is quite possible to switch off the cell phone function and use the
device for other purposes. The trouble is to most folk, it just looks
like a cellphone. If asked, I would have said it was an iPod as they
look identical....
