Does this mean you carry your instruction booklet for each and every piece of equipment with you whenever you go out to take photos, Bob? That's amazing! ]:-)
All my camera manuals are safely stored in the boxes for each piece of equipment. I pull them out if/when I want to peruse them. I've never used a manual in the field, although I have occasionally jotted down in my walkabout notebook some settings info that I felt I might forget.
