neighborhoods by parish names: Brides, Felicitas, Neri and OLP. (Short
for
St. Brides, St. Felicitas, St. Philip Neri, and Our Lady of Peace).
That was
the way it was down there and back then.

picture appears to be of the goddess Bast, as she is cat-faced and
wears
the
crown of Lower Egypt only, while carrying an Ankh, the symbol of
eternal
life. However, the inclusion of a lotus flower is odd, as this is
the
symbol of Upper Egypt!
Any idea why it should be found on the shore of Lake Michigan, in
what
appears to be a quarry?
