I personally have taken a liking to and using a few of the Tamron SP
adaptall2 lenses and
some Tokina AT-X series lenses with nice results. That's
about it for me. The vast majority of my weapons are still
the real deal K/M/A SMC Pentax lenses though.
I have not bought any non-Pentax lenses in many years.
For the longest time, though, my entire lens kit consisted of a
Tamron adaptall 2 28-80mm f3.5-4.2 lens and a Vivitar Series 1 70-210
f3.5 (62mm version, I think). They are both great lenses and compared
well with their Pentax counterparts. In fact, about a decade ago I
picked up a Takumar A 28-80, but the Tamron blew it away. I traded it
in for a new camera bag.
