There isn't any second hand  smoke in a computer. Unless the computer is 
smoking. :-)

Very good point.  Motherboards are considered hazardous waste in the US and 
are supposed to be  disposed of in special ways, not put in dumps.

Because of the gold and  silver in motherboards, which are more toxic than 
any gunk build up in a  computer.
