Jack, sorry to hear of your service problem. If it makes you feel any
better, Pentax Canada AND Nikon Canada are both very bad at returning
calls. After a while I gave up sending stuff in and just drove it out
myself. At least then you have to deal with a real person.
Luckily i am only a 45 minute drive from both companies.
