I'm responsible for the vegan portion of our Courier Worker Centre
All-Inclusive Holiday Bash which takes place on Wednesday after work.
Eggplant, Black Bean and Tomato Stew.  Bought all the ingredients
today, started soaking the beans tonight and will cook Tuesday night.

Yum!

Yours sounds amazing, Paul.  Back in my carnivorous days I'd have enjoyed that!
