i found some good recipes on the web. I always take a look at what others have 
done. The latkes were the highlight. Simply shredded potatoes and onions, eggs, 
matzo meal salt, pepper, and onion powder. (The onion powder was my addition.) 
They were excellent. The brisket was a food network recipe I found on the web. 
Followed it for the most part, but I didn't have enough red wine, so I added 
some white wine and sherry. It was excellent as well. The kluski came in a bag 
from my grocery. They are more substantial than conventional noodles. Kind of 
like a spaetzle noodle. Very good. Grace loved them.
