Be that as it may, that's not my point. As far as I'm concerned, if they ask me what I want, and I tell them X, and I'm /frickin'/ /paying/ /for/ /it/, then they're honor bound to provide me with what I requested. If they give me Y instead, then I'm well within my rights to be an Ugly American. Just because someone has a chef's had doesn't mean they get to dictate to me what I eat.
