No.  Could easily be IDE if more than a few years old.

Look under feet (may be stuck on) or labels for screws.  PLastic cases are 
often clipped together - if you know where the clips are you can open them with 
minimal damage.  Otherwise it's gorilla tactics.  I would prefer a 
scalpel/craft knife to a Stihlsaw.
