I've had this problem with every PDF file that I've tried to print over
the past several months. I've usually gotten around it by printing from
CS3, but for some reason when I open the document in CS3, it only give
me the first page, I don't know what happened to the other three pages.

happen. BTW: my tests have showed me that Preview does a better job in
printing than Adobe Reader, at least on Mac OS X.
I'll see if I can find any way to open it in preview.
I don't use the Adobe Reader plug-in with Safari: I prefer Safari's
native handling of PDF files, and have found the plugin buggy.
This seems to be an example of how things just work on a mac, except when
they don't.
Please, why start up another ridiculous round of sneering and jibing
at an operating system? It's a waste of time and energy. It's a
computer. Bugs happen. We fix them.
I don't just fix operating system bugs, I write them.
