Thanks, Ann. As you will see in my update of the issue, it's turned out that way in this case, too -- assuming they find a way to help their customer service reps respond to customer concerns more constructively than this one did to mine.

As Paul, I'm very fond of B&H and was a steady customer of 47th st photo back in the 70's - but given the same price , Adorama wins if I know just what I want as I can walk there easily.
