I've had the same kind of go round with B&H; merchandise that did not
meet spec, and a vendor who did not want to take responsibility.
In my case it was the software for a Spyder Pro monitor calibration
device I purchased from them. The software came without a serial number
label and would not install without the serial number.
B&H referred me to the manufacturer who referred me back to B&H. Each
claimed it was the others responsibility to make good on the transaction.
Ultimately it was resolved to my satisfaction (mostly - I finally got a
serial number I could use), but it was not easy or quick.
