Just get a Fuki when it arrives, they get it:

"About the time that the overall form and the positioning of dials
were decided, several pro photographers strongly urged the inclusion
of a 'lens aperture ring.' Without doubt, enabling the user to control
exposure ? the most important factor in photography, while looking
through the viewfinder, is an indispensable function."

I'm tempted.

The only thing holding me back (other than being broke as a convict right now) is the hint in Miserere's blog that this is only the first iteration and that the second iteration might be an interchangeable lens version. That would be a killer!

But, there's also my brand loyalty to Pentax to consider.

I originally chose Pentax because I thought they gave me more value for the money I spent, and despite my more than occasional gripes, I still believe that's true.

Maybe not so true as in yesteryear but still true. I really want Pentax to regain it's glorious position amongst the faithful.
