You can get two (I think) different 'Tri-Elmars' for Leica Ms. These are lenses with switchable fixed focal lengths. Very expensive, slow, and relatively bulky, although they have their uses. <http://en.leica-camera.com/photography/m_system/lenses/2193.html> A zoom would feel wrong on something like the X100, but I could see them doing a later version with 2 or 3 interchangeable lenses, or possibly 2 or 3 cameras with fixed lenses in different focal lengths, to retain the compactness.
