I'm using an old CRT as my second display on my 24" iMac. It is getting dim and blurry and will need to be replaced before too much longer.
I'd like to have a vertical 24" (or bigger) display for editing portrait format photos. I know that there are several types of displays, and that the good ones can cost a lot more than others. But I also suspect that a less then best quality display would be just fine for rough editing of photos, and I could everything but the final polish on the secondary display.
