i don't print images and my display only has 1920x1200 pixels, so it's only when i zoom in to 100% that i see the "actual pixels"; that's pixel peeping (though others go further) -- i can more easily see the relative sharpness then, and with a detailed image i can also quickly tell whether i've come close to the resolution of my sensor
