No where near the 24MP resolution and far fewer new lenses than Sony now has in E-mount. That, and I just always seem to find something that really bugs me in the reviews of the Fuji products. I'm sure the IQ is good, but all things considered I'll go with Sony. I like their retro looks too, but...
