Another vote for Earthlink...$7.95 a month for five addresses. I also have a domain through Earthlink. Probably a little more expensive than GoDaddy, but I started with them and found the service good.

OTOH, my two gmail accounts have given me no problems...one of them is for pdml

As I said the last time you asked, try pair.com
Not free. With free you get what you pay for.
Or try earthlink if you want something more mainstream.

I need a new email service provider.

Time Warner's servers have been down for two days now and they have no
idea if they are ever going to fix the problem.

We've already been over the problems inherent in using Yahoo for email
especially with a mailing list.

I want POP3 or IMAP. I want a service that is reliable. And I want a
service that has a competent tech support staff in case I actually need
to contact them about a problem.

And more than anything else, I want a service provider that will
actually provide the service I pay for.

Being old doesn't seem so old now that I'm old.
