I don't mind paying for service. I DO mind VERY MUCH paying for service
and then not getting it.

I am paying for Time-Warner & I'm not getting the service I pay for.
I am not happy with Yahoo mail, which I also pay for.

I will attempt to CALL pair.com tomorrow & see if they offer the service
I'm looking for at a price that I am able to afford. I'm not looking for
business web hosting.

As I said the last time you asked, try pair.com
Not free. With free you get what you pay for.
Or try earthlink if you want something more mainstream.

I need a new email service provider.

Time Warner's servers have been down for two days now and they have no
idea if they are ever going to fix the problem.

We've already been over the problems inherent in using Yahoo for email
especially with a mailing list.

I want POP3 or IMAP. I want a service that is reliable. And I want a
service that has a competent tech support staff in case I actually need
to contact them about a problem.

And more than anything else, I want a service provider that will
actually provide the service I pay for.
