There are a few notes in the description but I thought I'd try
photographing while I was cooking.
Fish head curry is a big delicacy in South East Asia. When I saw a
Salmon head at the store last night for $1.80 a pound I decided to do my
own take on it, which bears little resemblance to what I had at Muthu's
in Serangoon Singapore.
