My problem with Larry’s recipe is that he used cooked chicken then cooked it
again for a long time. Other than that, I think it was probably a winner.
It turned out very good. Not nearly spicy enough. There wasn't much
meat that I got off of the fish, but the curry did end up a lot thicker
than most of mine, maybe from cooking with the bones in.
The reason I used the pre cooked chicken is because it was in the
fridge, leftover from a potluck a few nights before, and it needed to be
used in something.
