I called and talked with someone in Marketing who thanked me for the info. Khoi Tran was also formerly associated with this domain: ricohimagingrewards.com but I see that that has been updated to a new ricoh-usa.com email address. So I'm going to send the info to that administrator's email address also. I'm sure they will take corrective action, but it is difficult when the only two contacts that are associated with the domain are no longer with your company. However, I'm sure it has happened before and GoDaddy can get it figured out with them.
