I think the quickest way for the current admin to fix this would be to tell their email admin to recreate an email account for [email protected] and point any mail that goes to that address to go to the new administrator. That way he can reset the GoDaddy password, etc. Once he is in, he can renew the domain. I've made the suggestion via email to the current admin (who apparently lives in Georgia). I've also expressed my interest in an I.T. job with Ricoh USA. :)
