Good advice, Cotty, and I was thinking of getting it looked into.  My hope is 
to never have to go through this again—but like you say, to achieve that, I 
should see a professional.  I’ve never had a massage.  I always think I might 
like to try one, but I never follow through, though I’m not against them.  
Maybe the thumper would be a good alternative.
