Hm, I will try to compare some lenses on this point...

I'm considering to buy a 24-90. Have you compared yours to aone of the  
different 28-105s? Some users say that the 24-90 is the best zoom in  
this range (except the FA*), others tell that it isn't worth the extra  
charge compared to a 28-105.
