Frank, Thanks a million for your time and obvious care in reviewing my notes! You catch me entering on a period of intermittent travel, so it may be the middle/end of the month before we can get down to details, but I'll start now in "stepwise refinement" mode, with a few off the cuff remarks and leisurely impressions, backtracking and bugfixing later as I get time to check old notes and new informations. I think it will be a courtesy to Kees to open one or three new threads, just as soon as I can think of cute enough titles for them, so I will do that.
