Where is the evidence of that political will? The American public seems excited 
by voting in a new leader who is almost exactly the same as previous leaders in 
terms of foreign policy. He is supported by the same monied interests within 
the same straight jacket of a two party system that produces illusions and 
sells bread and circuses to the masses. The US is so backward the idea of a 
European style health care system is off the political radar. Or is the new 
will in Vietnam, China, India, or perhaps North Korea?
