Though this is accurate, I think that it misses the key difference. While Bushie was a US unilateralist, Obama is a US-led multilateralist. For the latter, the first Gulf War (which had an actual coalition behind it, including the Russians) represents the ideal. For Dubya, the coalition stuff is mostly for show or to bring in extra resources.
