No, Visual Perl will be a separate product, that just plugs into the
Visual Studio framework.  It will not come automatically with VC++.  I
don't know if a version of just the Visual Studio environment will be
included in Visual Perl or if you have to buy that separately from
Microsoft.  But then I don't know if MS have already made up their minds
about these things. :-)
