G'day.
While all of the very specific lines of discussion look quite
interesting, it is not possible to tell whether any of these are
important to the task of perpass, which was established to discuss:

"privacy properties of IETF protocols and concrete ways in which
those could be improved."
So my simple question is:
What are the problems that need to be solved here?
Otherwise, all this activity is a random walk down some entertaining and
possibly useful paths, but without any guidance, prioritization or
systems view.
