RFC 6973 contains a rather comprehensive threat model for privacy on the 
Internet. It demonstrates that privacy, like "security" and "efficiency" and 
most any other design goal, is a complex, multi-faceted concept. I realize that 
in the past you have questioned the usefulness of defining "privacy" via the 
sum of its properties, but wanted to point it out to others on this list who 
are looking for common terminology and threat descriptions (and mitigations) to 
use. We need not resort to wikipedia for definitions.
