For me, one focus is on breach of privacy through use of identifiers in
scopes with different confidentiality.  For example, if you take a VIN (a
public identifier mapping from vehicle to owner information, but with no
location information) and use it in a global IPv6 address (a public locator
that by itself would not be personally identifying) you have crossed scope
boundaries and breached privacy.  This sort of thing is low hanging fruit
in the IETF. It's an issue that can easily be checked, in every WG. This
group can provide guidance.
