Option 1: Reply is sent to the list, no easy way to reply off-list to
sender (well that depends how hard copy-past is :-)
Option 2: Reply goes to the sender, not the list; "Reply To All" goes to
list and sender, basically rely on the sender to make the right choices.
The list can be set to do either, but I'm not going to change it unless
the general consensus is that it should be changed. (The opinions of
those who post regularly to the list will carry more weight, since
they're the only ones affected.)
