Who was the seller? You are stating that they were guilty of fraud. Did you sue them? Small claims court works well and gets results. The shipper also has a responsibility to have reasonable assurance that an item accepted for shipping is properly packed. Did they inspect it? I have been places where UPS inspected every package, no exceptions. How is any of this the fault of Paypal?
