Ok, [EMAIL PROTECTED] now exists.  If it turns out that a general "web
services" list is needed, we'll create that, but for more let's simply
move all the SOAP-specific discussion to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing
list.

Subscribe to it by sending a subscribe request to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
