I am scheduled to have surgery on Monday, 1/26/04 to have my tumor removed by Dr. Ciric in Evanston Il. My tumor is fairly large (23mm x 23mm x ?) I can't remember the exact measurments at the moment, as my head is spinning from how quickly things are moving right now. He has diagnosed me with Acromegaly, and I had tests done today to check for any heart damage. All the tech would say was that if there was a major problem, he would have to get a Dr. to come in, and he didn't have to do that.(whew!) I am finishing up the rest of my labs and physical today, so I'll be ready to go on Monday. I will email when I can to let you know how everything turns out.
