Laura, how are you feeling since surgery? Did you sleep alot after surgery when you got home? I hope that cyst shrinks and you don't have to have surgery again. I might have told you I had mine in April of 2002. I went to MDAnderson Aug. of 2003. The neurosurgeon seen some fatty tissue to watch out for on my following MRI's. My hands are starting to go numb at times . The nauesa is worse, throat fells swollen, and the migrains are back. I think maybe my surgeon did not get it all. He probably did not know what to look for since it had hemorraged and was a mess. I talked to a doctor at OHSU and he says it could be cushings but I would have to have more test in that area. I thought I had all that I needed. I had a AGHD test last Friday, maybe that will tell me something. I just wish I did't have to suggest the test for the doctor to run. Just try something.HA! I have started taking B12 shots and was felling so rotten that I took it early. I'll see if that helps in the next few days. Last two times I took it I could tell a difference. Just hope you are feeling better since surgery. At least I have had a couple of years to get over the thought of it. I had 2 really bad days after surgery and I have heard where people get along great. Its always my head that hurts. Good luck. Lawana |
