Hi Shelly! I think the next step is for you to see an endocrinologist. Pituitary tumors are benign lesions of the pituitary. They are rarely cancerous. The first thing your doctor should do is a full hormone work up to see if you have any hormone excesses or deficiencies. Do you have an endocrinologist yet? Try not to worry. I know you are frightened right now. Your endo may order a MRI with and without contrast to try to get a better picture of what is going on. Minnie |
