I had the endonasal approach done & there was no pain- the worst part for me was comming to after the anesthesia (I really hate that feeling of disorientation). I had a slight pressure- especially when I bent over for about a week- but that was it. I got a bit tired easily for abotu a week, but paced myself, and the prednisone that they put me on helped.
