I consulted with Sen, and with about two dozen other doctors. Sen used to work with another doctor, Peter Catalano, at Mt. Siani in NYC. When I saw them, their preliminary diagnosis was in agreement with the first diagnosis I received in NJ - - which turned out to be wrong. (In their defense, Sen and Catalano told me that they needed to do a biopsy to be sure what I had, and I resisted. I ended up being diagnosed correctly, without surgery).
I agree with Minnie. If you think Brem is good, go to him, and see what he has to say.
If I had to consult with one person in NYC, it would be Kal Post at Mt. Siani.
Good luck.
