Hey Marcia,
Well, I hope the headaches will stop for me too.......I've actually been getting them for over 3 years now but never went to a dr. because the Advil always helped. I didn't go to the dr. until the pressure started behind my left eye....then I got concerned.  That was in May. Since then I've been back and forth with the neurologist and the neuro surgeon and the radiologist. The neuro and the radio want to go ahead and do the cyber knife, the neurologist wants a second opinion as do I and my husband. So that's when we started looking.

I live in New Jersey and am not very comfortable with the hospitals here. When discussing hospitals with people I know and some research on line, John Hopkins was recommended over any others. So after a month, I finally got an apointment for October.

For the past couple of weeks, the dr.s I've been talking to aren't taking the tumor seriously, then I find this web page and just from reading all the different discussions, I'm getting more nervous about my condition.

Don't worry, I'm not one to rush into anything , so If I have to go a few more weeks to find the right surgeon, I will....

Thanks.........Sincerely,
Theresa
