Thanks Marcia.  Well, I'm trying to find a good surgeon, but I'm not sure who to go to.  I was originally set to go to NYC to see Dr. Sen, but I didn't feel comfortable with him or the hospital (Roosovelt) so after some research, John Hopkins was recomended and I'm scheduled to see Dr. Brem on Oct. 20.  I'm getting mixed opinions about him, and don't know what to do from here.  It's hard to keep going from Dr. to Dr. because I have to get a referral each time and the insurance will only cover one 2nd opinion.  I originally went to Dr. Rosenblum in NJ and he is one of the best neuro surgeons around here, but he is not a pit. specialist an everyone says I need to see a specialist in this area, so I'm trying to....but who to choose when one person says this dr.'s good and someone else says he isn't?

I'm glad someone else had headaches.....some nights I can't sleep because my head is pounding so bad, and my neurologist says it's not from the tumor.  He told me it was stress and depression. I think otherwise, I won't take the antidepressants he gave me, instead I continue to take Advil which dulls the pain enough to function for now. Hopefully I'll be getting more answers soon.

Thanks again and will keep you posted has to how things turn out....

Theresa
