The ProgressTracker may have changed in an incompatible way; however, it's within our purview to make such a change. This product is still under active development. It's unreasonable to suggest that we want to avoid making incompatible changes. The product and the APIs are still in flux because of this development. While we've been making our best effort to keep things consistent for other consumers, sometimes things have to change. As the code and the product become more stable, we will eventually need to make a more codified API for different pkg consumers. However, until that time arrives, pkg consumers are going to need to be able to cope with some amount of change. -j _______________________________________________ pkg-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-discuss
