HI All,
Please help me connect to the net using SuSE9.1 Linux
(thanks Kapil for lending me your distro.)
When I go home late at night after sitting in front of
the comp for 10+ hours in my company, I am least
interested to rack my brains figuring out how to
connect.
As I hv previously said I had used linux w/ inet, but
long time ago. Now I hv forgotten all the expect,
send, receive etc etc stuff.
Can anyone help me? (Dont try to act too smart and
suggest like reading the (incomplete) documentation or
taking help of some 'guru'.) I am an end user and care
least abt all the technical stuff.
Please help me telling me simple steps. Something like
in windows I can say:
1. install modem using the driver floppy.
2. Give the connect string in the properties of modem
as atx1s10=255.
3. Enter username, pwd and phone no and connect to the
net.
